Prakash Dahal is a Nepal-based governance, human rights and development professional, journalist and media commentator with more than three decades of experience working with international NGOs, civil society organizations and development institutions.He served as the first Country Director of Amnesty International Nepal and has written extensively on human rights, governance, democracy, development and public affairs. He has been a regular columnist for several leading English-language newspapers in Nepal, including The Kathmandu Post, The Rising Nepal, The Himalayan Times and The People’s Review Weekly.He currently serves as the Governance and Inclusion Advisor for Pro Public, Nepal and Friends of the Earth Internalist Solidarity System Focal Person for Nepal.
